A Bienestar visit is with a live Marque Medical clinician and nurses who are located right in your community. No appointments are necessary, but for added convenience, you can check current wait times and make a reservation online. We also speak Spanish if that is your preferred language.
At Clinica Bienestar, we use advanced diagnostic equipment administered by experienced nurses under the direct guidance of live Marque clinicians. We offer our patients care for common acute medical ailments, lab and testing services, immunizations and vaccinations, and even referrals to specialists or primary care physicians if necessary. If the physician prescribes you medication, we can send the prescription to a pharmacy of your choice or see if we carry it in-house.

Cash Pay Visit Levels
All physician consultations include administration of vitals, review of the patient’s family and medical history, reason for visit, and discharge instructions (when applicable). Advanced screenings can be collected and sent to an outside lab for a $25 handling fee. If you plan on using your insurance to cover lab fees, we can collect your insurance information and process the lab request along with the provided coverage. Please note that any outside lab work is billed directly by that lab service and is not part of your level visit charges. If you choose at the time of service to pay cash, our prices are as follows:
LEVEL ONE – Any one of the following conditions (no additional testing)
Example: Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)
LEVEL TWO – A chief complaint plus associated symptoms (testing may be required)
Example: Strep Throat and Earache
Example: Persistent Fever, Mono Test, Throat Check
LEVEL THREE – Conditions or procedures requiring more advanced diagnosis or supplies (testing may be required)
Example: Mild Abdominal Discomfort, Diarrhea, Nausea
Example: Flu Assessment and Rapid Flu Test, Postnasal Drip, Ear and Nasal Passage Check
Medications, Vaccinations, and Testing
Clinica Bienestar by Marque Medical offers on-site vaccinations. Some vaccinations require an office visit before vaccinations can be administered.
DISPENSED MEDIATIONS AFTER OFFICE VISIT
All on-site medications (no controlled substances): $25 for one medication, $45 for two, and $65 for three. Prescriptions that are sent to your pharmacy are included in your visit.
